What stories do you tell yourself over and over that keep you stuck in limiting beliefs about yourself, others, the world, and God? What have you taken the experiences in your life to mean about you?
In this episode, I explore the stories we hold onto as justifications for the behaviors or viewpoints that don't really serve us in our happiness, joy, upliftment, and health. I also share how to start to shifting the power of those stories by relooking at their meaning from a different perspective.
