In this interview with John Morton, we discuss topics from the coronavirus, transcending fear, the importance of attitude, and how John handles challenging situations in his own life. John is the Spiritual Director of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness, Chancellor of University of Santa Monica, board member of Insight Seminars as well as an author.

Here is John's blessing from the episode:

"Dear Lord, we welcome Your presence in all the dimensions, especially those that come from the highest consciousness and the highest good. That each one of us is tuned in a very personal way to the divine nature, to our inherently good nature, and we always have the opportunity to let go, which is a way of releasing and trusting that any negativity that is upon us, or we in some way have perpetrated and allowed, can be released, and released at the highest rate, which can be here and now completely. So we come into the blessing of knowing all things serve good, and have our entire consciousness aligned and attuned so we are maximizing the greatest good, and releasing ourselves from unnecessary choices and whatever we have created in the negative form. That there is mercy, there's grace, there's loving that joins us openly, willingly because we have asked. So it's just a simple process of asking for the greatest blessings, maybe in this moment that just becomes singular. The consciousness of one blessing. One thing in particular that our awareness is upon right now as the blessing. Perhaps it's simply breathing in and breathing out and understanding that that is being done in some way beyond what we control. So the breath is a gift, a holy gift, it comes into our heart in the core of our being, and it comes to all, regardless of what we've done or created, God loves all of its creation.
