This episode is for those of you who are dealing with the loss of a loved one (or those of you who are helping someone who is grieving).

I share some of my experiences with grieving and what helped me. I then go through and discuss the 15 "lamps on the path" from the booklet Healing Grief by Amy Hillyard Jensen.
